Your order will be shipped to you fully insured via FedEx. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.
When Will Your Order Be Shipped?
The arrival date is calculated based on the approximate number of days required to process, package, and deliver your order. For all available products shipping domestically, the arrival date is 3-4 weeks from the receipt of payment. To help you plan when to expect your order please read the following:
• If you place your order before the cutoff time on a regular business day (Monday through Friday, prior to 11:30AM PST), your order will begin processing that day.
• If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after the cutoff on a regular business day (after 11:30AM PST), your order will begin processing the following business day.
Shipping to Alternate Addresses
All shipments are sent with a request for adult (21+) signature confirmation upon delivery. If you cannot be available, nor have someone else available to sign for your package, you can have it shipped to your local FedEx location so that you can sign for and pick it up at your leisure. Find the FedEx location nearest you.
Shipping Options
All orders are insured and shipped via FedEx Ground delivery service, based on the pre-tax value of your order.
• B.B.Simon will only ship to a street address, not a P.O. Box address.
• B.B.Simon does not ship packages to third party shippers. If you send your item to a third party shipper, B.B.Simon is no longer responsible for the item being delivered to you and no claims can be submitted for missing or damaged items.
• All deliveries require an Adult Signature (21+). To request removal of the signature requirement, please contact us at (949) 224-0000 or [email protected] immediately after placing your order.
Delivery Attempts & Signature Requirements
All shipments are sent with an Adult Signature Required (21+) confirmation upon delivery. FedEx will attempt delivery up to three (3) times before the package is returned to B.B.Simon.
The signature must be provided by the person who placed the order or by someone with the same last name at the delivery address.
If a package is returned to B.B.Simon due to failed delivery attempts or because no authorized person was available to sign for the package, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
If the customer chooses to cancel the order after the item has already shipped, the order will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee based on the item value only. Original shipping charges that have been already applied are non-refundable.
Customers may request removal of the Adult Signature Requirement by contacting us at [email protected] or calling +1 (949) 224-0000 immediately after placing the order. By requesting removal of the Adult Signature Requirement, the customer accepts full responsibility for the shipment once it is in transit. B.B.Simon and FedEx will not be liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the signature requirement has been removed.
Shipping to APO & FPO Addresses

International Shipping

Your item will be placed in the following:
• Belts & Guitar Straps – wrapped in tissue paper and tucked inside the distinctive, round B.B.Simon gift box or signature dust bag. Select premium items will arrive in distinctive black lacquered boxes.
• Handbags & Dog Collars – in a protective B.B.Simon drawstring bag.
• Jewelry – in a black B.B.Simon jewelry gift box.
• Home Accessories – packaging will vary depending on the size of the item.
